Ordering your kit

1. Choose your kit
Select the Prepared Med kit (or combination of kits) that fits your needs — whether you're travelling, adventuring, or preparing for emergencies at home.

2. Complete a phone consult
After purchase, you’ll complete a phone consult with our prescribing doctor. This ensures your kit is customised to your needs and the medications are appropriate for you and your family (if applicable).

3. Your medications are dispensed
Once approved, the medications are dispensed by our affiliated pharmacy and securely packed into your Prepared Med kit.

4. Your kit is shipped to you
We courier your completed kit straight to your door, along with a printed copy of the Prepared Medmedical guide.

Using Your Kit in an Emergency

If you face an urgent medical problem and usual health services are delayed or inaccessible, PreparedMed bridges the gap by giving you safe, doctor-led care wherever you are.

1. Contact our 24/7 telemedicine team
For urgent medical problems, a Specialist Emergency Medicine doctor is available anytime to guide you through assessment and treatment using the medications in your kit.

2. Follow real-time clinical advice
The doctor will step you through what’s happening, what medications are safe to use, and exactly what to do next.

3. If you can’t reach us
In remote environments, disaster situations, or areas without reception, your Prepared Med booklet includes clear, step-by-step instructions for using your medications safely until help becomes available.
