A compact medical kit designed to support your tramping adventure. It contains essential medications to treat minor allergies, anaphylaxis, pain, asthma, stomach upsets, and serious infections.

It also includes bandages and dressings to control serious bleeding. This kit can be customised based on your medical needs and the nature and duration of your tramp.

• Allergy & asthma: 
  • Loratadine (allergies, hayfever)
  • Salbutamol inhaler (asthma, wheeze)
  • Adrenaline (anaphylaxis)
  • Prednisone (allergy, asthma)
• Antibiotics: Broad-spectrum antibiotic for severe infections, and to prevent infections in very deep or contaminated wounds 
• Pain & fever:
  • Paracetamol

• Gut & hydration:
  • Ondansetron (nausea & vomiting)
  • Loperamide (diarrhoea)
